Elisabeth (Beth) Mankamyer
Beth Mankamyer practices in real estate transactions, focusing on residential and commercial purchases and sales and representing parties in for sale by owner transactions, leases and other real estate matters. She represents individuals and businesses with their real estate needs. Beth represents owners in the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts. She has experience representing dentists and dental practices in entity formation, corporate law and property transactions such as leases. Her entire career has focused on real estate law and Beth is privileged to be part of the real estate law community in the Metro Denver area. She has had extensive training in all aspects of real estate law and is proud to provide personal and specialized representation of her clients.
An active attorney in the Denver community, Beth served as the Chair of the Denver Bar Association Young Lawyer Division Executive Council and as its Secretary and Chair-Elect. Beth is also a member of the Denver Bar Association Community Action Network. As a former member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, Beth was part of the Developing Leaders program and sat on the Community Relations Committee. She continues to participate in educational events and community service projects in the Denver Metro area, including those benefitting the Denver Children’s Home.
Beginning in 2016, Beth was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Only 2.5% of attorneys in Colorado receive this distinction and to be included, an attorney must receive nominations from other Colorado attorneys and go through an evaluation process. Beth has been selected as a Rising Star in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Beth is a former Director of the Humane Society of the South Platte Valley, an animal shelter serving the communities of south Denver and served on the Board of Directors of a local horse rescue in Colorado.
Originally from Bothell, Washington, Beth currently lives in Centennial with her husband and their four children. She enjoys spending time with her family and their pets as well as horseback riding, running, skiing, traveling, gardening, hiking, and attending Rockies games.
